Benny Chevelle forged his path by hand-building music studios inside the decaying mills of Bradford's red-light district.

While others were out hitting the town, Benny and his bandmates cut records, wrote songs, and produced music. That working-class backdrop put gravel in his belly and shaped a raw sound driven by the need to break out through music. In those decaying corridors, he traded factory dust for a relentless creative drive and a stubborn hope for something more.

Benny eventually made his move to one of the world's greatest powerhouses and top exporters of pop music per capita — Sweden. Residing by Sweden's dune-drifted west coast in the sand city of Halmstad, he is building his next creative studio and music hub, Thunder Motel.
